Made from 25 year old vines. Product strains with low-medium production is harvested by hand and transported in small boxes for better treatment of the main product, the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature maceration of between a week and ten days. The pumped manually and mechanically combined in order to achieve a good extraction of Colour and flavors while avoiding the vegetables and herbal notes. Suffice to say that the coupage carried out with grapes. Indeed, distinguishing characteristic makes this wine complexity and higher intensity.
Red cherry hue with blue and purple tones. Very intense and complex aroma, with notes of ripen fruit and wild berries. The palate is long and well structured, with strong reminders of the characteristics of red Grenache.
